We’re an Executive Search Firm based in the heart of Leeds. We’re a young company but part of a larger group - as a matter of fact we have grown from 8 to 30 people during the Coronavirus pandemic. Our office is vibrant, young and we have big plans for the future. We are looking for ambitious graduates to join us this summer as we expand into developing new markets and build on our existing portfolio of global clients.

What We Do
Irving Knight is a boutique search and selection consultancy focusing on top tier talent placement across the globe. We are early in our endeavor but Irving Knight plan for significant growth in the coming years. We have recently made a large investment into our office space, technology and people. We are growing rapidly and our future plans offer huge potential for employees to grow their own teams and even open their own organizations in the UK, or internationally.
Succession
We offer a collaborative approach towards partnering with leading organisations across the globe to ensure we form long term relationships with top businesses in our practice areas. We currently have two active divisions, IK Industrial & IK Medical. We are looking to cultivate specialist experts in a further market vertical throughout 2021. Although there is no substitute for experience, Irving Knight offer an exceptional training scheme to bring our graduate hires up to speed as quickly as is possible. It is completely uncapped and our top performers earn six figure salaries year-on-year, whilst the top graduates will earn £40,000+ in their first year. Our top performers earnt an average of £70,000 in commission in 2021.
And how you can progress.
Top performers will progress to a Management Consultant role within 12-18 months, managing a team of 1-2 Consultants, and a Business Manager role, managing a team of 4, after 18-24 months. Our Managing Director started as a consultant in another business group just 6 years ago. Top performers in the business will be invited to open international offices for Irving Knight in 2023 and beyond

We've invested heavily in our technology. All of our solutions are built in-house, by us, for us. Our internal system set us apart from our competiton who rely on third-party software. We use advanced AI to automate certain aspects of our business development process.
Ava is a powerhouse. She gives us real-time insights to every company in each of our market verticals, and even makes suggestions on who we contact and more importantly, when's best to do it. Ava gains a deeper understanding with every action we take. We truly believe our competitors software doesn't scrape the surface when compared to Ava.
