Why did you choose a career in recruitment?
Like many people, I fell into recruitment. I started in 2020 at the height of COVID and quickly fell in love with the high intensity, high trills and high stakes of recruitment. Seeing senior people around me doing well really drove me to be like them and become one of the most high performing consultants in the room. The satisfaction of hiring my first Graduate Consultant in 2024, who I have coached and seen them eclipse my success of billing £50,000 in their first 3 periods and getting promoted to Senior Consultant. Making them the highest performer of the graduate intake of 9 graduates in the class of 2024.
